I think the yellow wasn't for Valencia's sliding tackle but Fellaini clumsily charging through and into the player's back. Didn't pay too much attention though, but it was yet another one of those he has been doing all day so it could be yellow for reiterated fouls. Valencia's challenge wasn't yellow-worthy IMO.
