Feck's sake, this is shit - BRING BACK THE SEARCH, NIALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a genuine problem, a lot of the most informed posts rely on citing other posts. Plus you can't check if somebody's already covered something, leading to duplicates. And the google version is shit - I just searched for "Stadium" and got a load of posts form months ago!

While I'm on the subject, can we get a raise? Perhaps just to cover for inflation?
