what happened to that valuable feature, allowing to track back classic threads such as DJS's inside info via Gerrard's mate.

Oh, and thanks for allowing 800 guests in after the game, making it impossible to post the mandatory "sack Fergie, sell Giggs" in real time.

Users profile > Search threads.

The other alternative would be google on top of the page.
 
We also can't do that.

Are you sure?

Click on any user from the users online list, it will take you into their user profile - you will find an option to search posts or threads for that individual.

No, all searching has been disabled except for mods

I logged out from my account.

I was still able to search posts or threads from users profile.

I'm confused.

I can't even search for past posts by myself. What's going on? I wish to look at my intelligent and witty posts.

use the google search function at the top of the page. it works better. as long as you know one word or turn of phrase from the thread you will find it.

be sure to search only under redcafe.net

burn noodles.
 
Ah. That'll be why then. They've turned it off so we use the google one instead, since it apparently uses less bandwidth or whatever.

Bloody annoying that you can't search by user though. I can't remember what I said, or in what thread, I just want to know what people said in response to it, so I can lay my great fiery vengeance upon them.

Disappointingly, the latter.

I remember Smashed posted something, then I remember I posted something agreeing with him, but I can't really remember what it was about.

Find it for us Noods. There's a good chap.
 
Disappointingly, this makes Caf much less user friendly when you are not able to search. I used New Posts a lot, for what its worth.

Agreed, i used the search previous posts function a lot. Quite annoying really.

sad news. well i'm fecking tired of having 10 redcafe pages opened just to see what´s going on
