How eloquently put, it brought a tear to the eye..

You claim to be of the scouse persuasion yet have a login name of dennislaw?

Er... how does that work? <img src="graemlins/houllier.gif" border="0" alt="[Houllier]" />

So you've not missed a home game in four years? Congratulations. Although, football (or 'footy' as you probably call it) has actually been around for more than a century.

Was it the glow of Euro96 that attracted you to 'the beautiful game'? Bless.

'We shouldn't spend out time worrying about attendences" you say? Maybe this is true, but it concern my good friend.

After all, {cue sad music} some of our scouse colleagues are knocked back time after after in their elusive hunt for a ticket to watch their team play. Hours on the phone proves worthless... ticketmaster is not working... the ticket office will not give fans the true story, spinning a web of lies to the poor down-trodden LFC supporter.....

The happy-go-lucky LFC supporter is attracted by the plastic of the trophies, but Anfield remains empty as a lone tumbleweed tumbles past....

Ok lets tell it as it is, I waited 4 years to get my season ticket, and did miss some games while waiting, I think about 6 or 7 a season during that time and about the same for the 20 odd years before that.
Do you know which manager first signed Dennis Law as a pro, LOOK IT UP.
He also scored the goal that sent manure down to the old first div, pre prem so you probable don't remember that.
I don't have a scouse accent so do suffer abuse at some games and yes I'm pissed off we don't fill Anfield, but as I said in my original reply, worry about what goes on on the field not around it

Sir Matt (ex liverpool player) signed him from Huddersfield. Dennis Law signed his first pro form there when Shanks was the boss.
