He's taken 2 teams from the Championship to the PL so I don't think more time is needed, to a certain extent he's a victim of the lower PL clubs sack as soon as there's a danger of being relegated mantra - the reality in the PL, for most managers is, if you lose a few games your job's on the line and the chairman/owners pull the triggerHe's awful. Maybe there's potential but he needs to do more time in the lower leagues.
I don't think football management is for him.

Bizarre appointment and will once again set back perception of English/British coaches abroad.
IMO likes of Howe, Potter and Rodgers would go good jobs abroad at the right club but for some reason only ones that actually get the jobs are totally unsuited to it.
