The original beat was good but for me this was just something else.
I've recently learned that this version is a cover so it's going in, too.
Peter Gabriel's piano solo cover of his own bombastic "Here Comes the Flood" is superior in every way.

A surprising number of people I interact with don't know this is a cover, which is a testament to how he made it his own I suppose.
