Clueless medical question here. Are there any problems with repeated scans? X-rays involve radiation risks, but what about MRIs etc? Will our future players all drop dead at the age of 40 having been scanned to death during their careers?

MRIs use magnetism, so those are pretty safe (unless they have certain metal implants/pacemakers etc.).
