That is actually spot on if you go by what's being said in the reliable papers today. First ITK to get something right and he reported in on May 21st, faster than anyone.
It sounds like a one off and his sources are on the Palace side rather than the Utd side going by his work rate and sources comments.
I think the newspaper articles came after his post and he edited the links in.
