Sticky Fingers you have to save for the 70s. Good list though!
Sticky Fingers is the ninth studio album by the English rock band the Rolling Stones. It was released on 23 April 1971 on the Rolling Stones' new label, Rolling Stones Records.

Ok let’s swap that for Let it Bleed same group

I don't love enough 60's music to make the effort to get a list together. The 70's will be much easier.

  1. Five Leaves Left - Nick Drake
  2. The Velvet Underground & Nico
  3. A Love Supreme - John Coltrane
  4. Bringing it All Back Home - Bob Dylan
  5. The Beatles - (white album)

1. The Beatles - Abbey Road

4. Rolling Stones - Let It Bleed
5. Pink Floyd - The Piper at the Gates of Dawn

Sucks to leave out Led Zeppelin II but I love that first Pink Floyd album just a little bit more.

Beatles - Rubber Soul
Led Zep - II
Beach Boys - Pet Sounds
Bob Dylan - Highway 61 Revisited
Jimi Hendrix - Axis Bold as Love

The 60's were/are very important for the evolution of contemporary music.

Jaysus , 5 from those two decades would be tricky.
Yeah it was my bad, I didn't realise how many people listen to 60s/70s music, but then changed it once I understood.

I personally will struggle until the 90s. But what will be most difficult is picking 5 albums for 00s/2010+

The 60s in no order.

Abbey Road
Blonde on Blonde
The Velvet Underground & Nico
Astral Weeks
Highway 61

So tricky to make it just 5

Edit - I see an order is required ... I'll think.
Have you thought of an order for these? Will start tallying soon. Cheers.

Blonde on Blonde - Bob Dylan
