Some good chances for both sides, must say it was probably my best performance in the entire tournament so far - everything seemed to be going well, and the new tactics work fine, second win in a row with that. Beware cw1984, cause I'm preparing for our second leg!

The first goal was lucky haha. Have to admit, I was pretty annoyed with your standing on the line tactic! I tried changing the kicker, then changing back and taking it quickly, but you still had a chance to get him there!
Yeah, both had good chances. I should have buried about 4 headers, but it just wasn't happening for me today. Good game

Way too easy to score from a free kick in this game so I put a player on the line every single time, I had some trouble running there because your player stood in the way but managed to be there in time. From what I've seen nearly everyone in this competition so far does that.
Last 20 mins of the first half were annoying for me because I was trying to walk the ball into the net, and when I decided to keep it simple I made horrible decisions like shoot with Sanchez using his left foot - he doesn't have one! i scored two goals in the first half, both headers, one in open play and the other a corner, i had about 3 easy chances to increase my lead, the first one i ended up pushing X instead of B so he hoofed it over the bar, then one got saved on the line, then when i was 1 on 1, tried to take it round the keeper using the RS stick, but my player ran straight into the keeper, beardsleybob put on the pressure late on but luckily i managed to keep him out.

Well the fact i've already lost 2 and drawn 1 and that you still have only 1 defeat would make you an easy favourite for it. It's certainly yours to throw away now.
Who's playing on manuel btw?
Well until last week I thought this was only 9 games long, in which case the league would be mine to lose right now but with 12 games still to go I think there is still a very good chance I will lose it, especially as all of my games have been very close ones and I am bound to run out of luck sometime. Guess the fact that all other players seem to be dropping a lot of points helps but once one or two of you go on a good run and string two or three wins on the trot it will be tough for me to maintain a good advantage. Very open imo, I will not be surprised if I end up 3rd or lower.
Full manual? Not fecking me. I tried it when I first got this edition but it's fecking solid.

I use full manuel Apart from the keeper. It's way more for finding quick rank this matches. Although when I came up against beardly automatic ping pong passes are still pretty lethal.
Ping pong passing is nowhere near as easy / as much of an issue as the last edition.
