Adler saved my bacon on a couple of occasions, but as soon as i saw Delps going 1 on 1 there was only one outcome. I need some matches under my belt to get back up to speed because i can't rely on lucky backpasses and wonder saves in every match!

We both had sloppy moments for those first goals.

VDV didn't do much for me, Elia was a lot better.
 
So fecking annoyed at that game, 0-0 and the doorbell rang. By the time the feckers left i was 2-0 down. ffs, Fair play rooney for stopping it for a while too.

It's alright. Knew when you paused it 3 times that you'd probably had to do something. Bit unfortunate with the peno and keeper error. Good game apart from that.

I hate matches in the rain, they're horrible to play and made the players seem to have the touch of rapists. You were very unlucky with a couple of headers and should have won it seeing as that last gasp chance was probably only my second shot in the entire match!

Yeah good game mate, it was just typical it had to be played in the rain (It spoils everything)

Yeah I thought you'd nicked it at the end with the open goal, so unlucky that you hit the bar.
 
Yeh Soldado has given me trouble before, pain in the ass... I need to start putting wins on the board, I haven't been playing that badly but I sloppily lose the ball in stupid areas at times.

Of all the people I have played, I am sure I have won the most tackles in the midfield.. which depresses me because it sounds like the Arsenal 'we won a throw in' meme.

Oh and played.

I've done shit in that first cup but in terms of the league not too bad, 17 points out of a possible 24. 5 wins. 2 draws. 1 loss.

Thanks Marcelo. Yeah FIFA is stupid with things like that sometimes, same thing happened to me in stoppage time with big-red; but I generally think over a tournament like this it will even out in terms of pot luck and just on the basis of these 2 games, for me it has.

Great game - 1-1 for the league though, but extra time was where it really picked up.

Can't believe I missed the chance in the 89th minute, absolutely sickening.
 
Good game Alistair. First time I've ever played with Zenit, but they're a decent team. My goal was pretty lucky, but draw was probably a fair result.
