RedCafe Experiment FM11 Version

Myself and Walrus will lead Villa to premiership glory.

Indeed.

Im sure that back in the FM09 experiment or so i ended up with Villa, with a couple other caftards.

Great updates elmo, looking forward to seeing how the next few seasons pan out.

hopefully can take metalist to a spot in europe.

I like the way my career is shaping up. My guy was smart enough (/not good enough) to not go to clubs above his level, so he will build up, if he goes to benefica hopefully he will stay at the right level to his skill, therefore always getting first team opportunities.

and 4 caps for australia

Cheers for the update.
A bit of stagnation in playing time. But a decent improvement in overall stats. hope to see more of an improvement in technical attributes under Tevez.
I've joined Manchester City :(

Anyway nice update mate, Appreciate the hard work you're putting in this.
been there for more than 2 seasons already. :( doesn't look like I will make a dream move across the city.

Yeah same for me too.

Although I just compared my player's attributes from the two screenshots, it seems i've progressed but there isn't that major improvement.

Sorry for the delay, will post the updates tmr instead. Caught a virus which has left me sleeping the past few days after meds.

Real virus, it's making me head to the loo every few minutes, thank goodness my phone has internet access to keep me entertained when I'm awake.

Im sure theres a joke in there somewhere...

Anders

With Anders helping Fulham romp to a 20 point lead in the Championship by January, his head was turned when Atletico Madrid came bidding midseason for him with 5m.

With Fulham knowing that the departure of Anders was unavoidable, the sale of Anders was quickly settled and he immediately made himself the first choice rightback for the Spanish side.

Northen Ireland managger, Nigel Worthington has been trying his best to convince Anders to turn out for the national team, but with Anders waiting out for a chance with the German national team, it looks like Northen Ireland will have to wait for their new star.

Archer

Tasked with being Carlos Tevez's backup, Archer has an unenviable job as the Argentine plays almost every game in the season. Archer has generally impressed when he has played for CIty, with 7 goals in 11 games.

City looks like they'll intend to play Archer with Tevez upfront this season after they allowed Abedayor to leave on a free, so this season will be it for Archer to prove himself ready for the bigtime.

Big Red

Used as a backup to Nolan Roux, who scored 17 goals in 25 league appearances, Big Red has a impressive record of 9 goals in 14 appearances for Ireland and 6 goals in 11 games for Everton.

He looks set to build on his form and challenge Nolan Roux for a starting role this season.

Christian Norris

After beating out Ben Williams for the starting spot in Colchester, Norris helped Colchester to a mid-table finish where his performance convinced 3rd placed Cardiff, who lost in the playoffs, to take him in a 300k transfer.

He will now face a fight with David Marshall to see who gets the number 1 spot in the team.

Christo Faux

After 51 games for Metalist, it didn't take long for Christo to attract the attention of bigger clubs, he now plies his trade for Lokomotiv Moscow after a 9m pound bid.

With Lokomotiv playing in the UEFA cup this season, Faux will look forward to pitting himself against the likes of Everton and Rangers.

Cidane

Cidane spent his year on loan with Charlton in the championship where he impressed the management who were interested in making the deal permanent. But with both Cidane and Everton unwilling to do that, Cidane now returns to Goodison Park where he hopes to make an impact on the first team.

Cold Zebra

The former Irish striker struck gold in the 2014/15 season. With 13 goals in 17 games, he earned a callup to the Spanish National team where he now holds a record of 5 goals in 3 appearances. He was also the subject of a transfer from league runner ups, Manchester United and now looks forward to playing alongside the likes of Rooney and Ronaldo.

Daniel Leverton

Daniel Leverton spent the 2014/15 season on loan at Rangers where he looked far too good for the Scottish league, his performance earned him a callup to the English National team.

He now returns back to City, although if they continue to deny him the chance to play, it looks unlikely that he will want to stay much longer.

Dingle Doog

With QPR having a good relationship with Arsenal, Dingle Doog was sent to them on loan in the 2014/15 season. With his performances having been generally impressive for them, QPR has once again taken him on loan this season as they look to push for a promotion spot this season.

DouLou

Still only 20, Doulou was in the Italy team which won the World cup in 2014. He's now Higuan's backup in a Madrid side which narrowly lost out on a domestic double to Barcelona.

Emile Messi

0 appearances. Emile Messi has been spending his time trying to run fast enough to run back in time to avoid getting sent off when he was actually given a chance in the Darlington side.

With no teams willing to gamble him on loan, his football career looks unlikely to proceed much further.

Gaz Elvet

With Sunderland unwilling to give Gaz a much improved contract to Gaz till they go back to the Premier league, Gaz demanded out and Charlton swooped in with a 7.5m bid offering to more than triple Gaz's wages.

Gaz's greediness looks like it has bitten him on the ass, as Sunderland was promoted back to the top tier while Charlton is still struggling in the championship.

Karan Mittal

Karan Mittal has spent the past season out on loan to Brugge in Belgium and this season faces yet another loan to Vienna. His patience with City has just about ran out after numerous run-ins over contractual disputes and his role in the first team.

Master Plan

Master Plan is now an integral part of a Wolves side which won the FA Cup in 2014/15. Wolves turned down a bid from Chelsea and Arsenal for Master Plan and he looks happy enough to stay at the Molineux for awhile more.

Orin

After Inter made a 16m pound move for him, Orin's career has been escalating forward. He's now an important member of the Inter first team and looks set to establish himself as a starter for England.

Payne

The past season has been a fine one for Payne. With him sent out on loan to premier league side, Aston Villa and picking up his first cap for England. He also signed a one year extension with Man Utd which sees his wages increase to 15k per week.

Shorty

Sent out on loan to Iverness where he quickly became a fan favourite, Shorty was sent on loan to PNE where Everton hopes he can improve on his end product.

The Walrus

With Villa struck with injuries to many key players, The Walrus was one of little highlights for Villa fans and they'll be happy to see him pick up his first cap for England.

With Villa's first team looking healthy for the first team in ages, The Walrus remains hopeful for this coming season.

Twisted Woody

After Barce lost Pep to Spain, Twisted Woody was allowed to leave for United. Patrice Evra has now taken him under his wings and the United fans will be hopeful that they'll soon have a new Evra in the near future.

Ubo

Ubo's future is in a limbo, despite impressing for Barca with an average of 7.78 in 23 appearances, he was allowed to leave for Everton on a loan.

Despite being groomed as Xavi's replacement, he looks like he won;t be given a chance to prove himself after Xavi has retired. Ubo will be hoping that his loan move to Everton is just that, and not the end to his Barca career

Xanderinho

After impressing against Sheff Wed in a friendly, Xanderinho made his way for 1m and is now first choice for the championship side.

Doctor Evil

After just 27 games fot Stabaek, Doctor Evil made a move to Mexico where he now plays for Toluca. His desire to play in a stronger league where he can be scouted by bigger clubs was a major reason for him leaving.

My Development has stalled a little bit, I have only one year on my contract left though, hopefully I transfer myself out of City.

Thanks for the screenshots, hope you're getting well.

Thanks, still ill, been sleeping a lot and not on the forums much lately.

Been allowing the game to run, so the next update shouldn't take too long once I'm well.

Thanks for the updates. Zebra, you dirty traitor, we could have lead Ireland to glory.

Thanks for the updates,
just out of interest how much did arsenal and chelsea bid for me, which wolves rejected?

Orin at 16m I think, don't think anyone broke that yet in the next Jan transfer window, will update when I finish with the summer transfer window.

My guy seems to have stagnated in terms of development. Just wondering if there's been any interest in him or does he look like being a championship man for the foreseeable??

Still a Championship level for now, don't remember much transfer action this year.

Will post an update tonight before the game.

Anders

An exciting young talent, albeit one who frustrates his coach with his end product (0 goals, 3 assists in 33 games). Anders's surging runs on the flanks have left many opposing defenders in tears after the game.

Unfortunately, knee tendonitis had cut short his season and Anders will be hoping it's not going to be a recurring problem as he looks to reclaim his spot in the starting lineup this season.

Archer

25 goals in 31 games, without taking any set-pieces. He and Tevez are great friends off the pitch and it shows on the field as they finished the top 2 scorers in the EPL, with Archer getting the Golden Boot.

Big Red

Big Red is showing himself to be the big man on the team. With 15 goals and 2 assists in 28 games, he's proving himself to be one of the best emerging talents in the league. His effort was recognised as he finished runner up to Archer as the English Players' Young Player of The Year Award.

Chris Norris

After initially beating out David Marshall as the top cat in goal for Cardiff, a broken leg suffered in training meant Marshall lucked out and kept his place in goal. With Norris starting to make his come back, Marshall has to be on his game, as Norris is waiting to pounce on any mistake to reclaim his spot

Christo

Lokomotiv was supposed to play in the CL, or so they advertised. An ever present in the Lokomotiv side which crashed out in the group stages of the UEFA cup, Christo is waiting on the chance to move to a higher level as he strives to help Lokomotiv to stop underachieving.

Cidane

After a fall out with Everton over his wages, Cidane was allowed to leave for Spartak Moscow on loan with an option to buy for 8.75m. Cidane is trying his best to make the transfer permanent as he wants to test himself in the CL.

Cold Zebra

8 goals in 12 games as Cold Zebra adjusted to life at the top. He did just enough to qualify for a medal as United won the league.

Daniel Leverton

Spending the year Merseyside proved to be a waste of time for Leverton as he made 0 appearances for Everton. The former Scottish league, Player of the Year winner will be hoping he achieves more than that as he looks to challenging for a spot in the Man City squad.

Dingle

An extremely successful stint at QPR in the Championship (12 MOM in 31 games) has led Arsenal to loan him out to fellow PL club, Newcastle, to see what he can do in the top tier. Dingle is already looking the business for Newcastle and their manager, Sami Hypia has already expressed interest should Arsenal ever look to offload him.

Doctor Evil

Evil's mexican stint didn't last long when he attracted the attention from Seria A side, Cantania. He made his move as Toluca made a slight profit from the deal and Evil's dream of playing in the top european league has finally arrived.

Doulou

Benitez must not be a believer in stats, otherwise how else would you explain dropping a striker with 17 goals in 18 games into the Castilla. Safe to say, Madrid's superstars are getting restless as Doulou remains a popular character in the dressing room, with rumours that Ozil is not happy at the way Doulou has been treated.

Emile Messi

Like his namesake, Emile and Lionel both ran out their contract with their previous clubs. Unlike Emile, Lionel signed a 200k/week deal with Bayern while last heard, Emile is trying to locate Heskey to prove who is the better Emile.

Gaz

Only 20 years of age, young Gaz has already garnered a reputation for being a hugely talented player with a larger greed for wages. Charlton will be hoping they can get promoted as Gaz has a buyout clause which can be activated for a very low price as long as Charlton stays in the Championship.

Karan

Representing his 6th club in 6 years, Karan has developed a loyal fanbase around Europe as he has been sent on an European backpacking trip by City. The Indian vice-captain will have no lack of suitors should City ever decide to cut him loose.

Master Plan

Subject of a 15m pounds bid from Liverpool, Master Plan has still stayed loyal with Wolves as he thinks it's to his benefit if he continues his education for awhile more before making a move to a bigger club.

Orin

Part of an Inter team that won the Seria A, Orin's main mission now is to restore Inter's pride in CL as they have went out 3 years straight at the top 16.

Payne

Being Ronaldo's backup isn't much fun. The Portugese has hardly gotten injured and as a result has only played for United 14 times. Still enough to qualify for a medal, but not exactly what Payne had imagined he had signed up for. Having been promised that he will get more games this season, it will be interesting to see how this season winds out for him.

Shorty

Being solid but not impressive for PNE wasn't enough for Everton as Shorty was yet again sent out on loan to a Championship side, Sheffield Wed. Phelan still looks satisfied with how his career is panning out as he survives his second consecutive year without a major injury.

The Walrus

The Walrus nearly left for Juventus after they bidded 18.5m for his services. But Villa's manager, Steven Gerrard convinced him to stay after giving him reminders of how fierce fans could get when betrayed. The Walrus eventually stayed, but top clubs have been alerted of his willingness to move now and it will be a tough fight for Villa to keep their wonderkid.

Twisted Woody

Impressing the previous season on loan at Stoke, Woody has joined the blue side of Merseyside as he continues to improve himself for when he gets back to Old Trafford.

Ubo

After the departure of Xavi, Ubo's career at Barce has stagnanted and there are rumours that Ubo might go to Charlton where Xavi was recently appointed manager.

Xanderinho

The step up to Championship hasn;t proved to be as easy as Xanderinho expected. He has been getting bullied by strikers weekly but Sean McAuley has kept faith in his young protege. The fans are not that supportive of Xanderinho though, with many wishing he would not be played as much as he's being played so far.

Thanks for the update, my player has really stagnated though :(
