Red Cafe Fantasy Hockey

I would, but need to use my home computer only which could prove difficult. The county has a filter to take out any site nominally related to gambling, including fantasy sports leagues.

Well, anyone signing up might as well prepare to get their as kicked as usual as I am quite good at this. If you have a hard time accepting defeat you might as well not sign up...
 
I ran away with the league last season and then choked in the play-offs.. a bit like Ottawa really
 
I guess that I should enter a team again.. I know last year was a shocking year for me in Fantasy Hockey terms... 4 leagues and not 1 play-off....

Had I got to the play-off's like my Oilers I'd have made a miracle run and failed at the last I guess

Well, I wouldn't say the Leafs have choked much in the last 39 years, they've just not been good enough to win. :(
The Sens should have beat the Leafs in all of the playoff series they've played against each other, but they just roll over and die! The Sens have perfected the choke!! :D

Check this brawl...not sure where it occurred, but the team in red uniforms have the advantage. Plenty of cheap shots. If I were coach, I'd have chucked one of my big guys on the ice to even things out, even knowing he'd be suspended for entering the ice illegally. One of the red team players does a chicken dance near the end. I could not have held back on the white bench. I'd have hit one of them with a stick.

that's from the Quebec Senior Pro Hockey League. It's actually a league policy that if there isn't at least 5 fights all of the fans in attendance get their tickets refunded. It's pretty brutal! They actually had an article a couple of years ago about it in Maxim.

Some of those cheap shots are flat out assaults. I'm hoping a few of those players were suspended. Hitting the guy in the knee with a stick is terrible. And a few of the players pummeled their opponent while on the ice defenseless. That's chicken shot hockey. A guy would be forever marked in the NHL if he did shit like that. He'd always be challenged. But I've been to a few minor league games and I'm aware players can get away with crap like that. I still don't know how the players remained on the bench. I couldn't have, regardless of the rules.
