Is there any other issue except this crap that he wont have anyone to man mark? :)
Just to keep "debate" going a bit because the the game is dead....

Personally I would prefer (to mention someone I know is not particularly rated high) Daniele De Rossi to Makelele in Enigma midfield. :)

In a defensive counter-attacking team with 451 formation, Makelele is probably the last player i would say if i had to guess with which player will people have issues

I interpreted it more as a direct 433 than counter-attacking 451 ... shades of degrees of shadows

My main reason for voting for Enigma was he will outscore Red Tiger. He has a lot more creativity in his front 6 and really like his midfield despite my hatred of Makalele

It'll be tough to be defeat this Enigma team particularly if he improves upon the LB.

Work finished and I'm about to read through the posts.... Please be positive.

If I focus on the positive assets then I'd say:

- You have a brilliant midfield well suited: the aggressive tigana to harass Miramontes, Seedorf to contain Coluna and Redondo to conduct the midfield.
- I don't see Villa shining

Bergkmark has a strong reputation: time to call for @Annahnomoss

I am biased with Camacho, robust LB but also severely underrated RB :wenger:

Just to reiterate on Makelele. He's there as we were looking for an anchor in midfield. It's really a classic setup for the midfield three as both Coluna and Luisito can do real damage going forward. The peak/younger Makelele was pretty mobile midfielder and has good pace around him - not the paciest around mind, but his main qualities - reading the game and breaking up the play will come in hand against most set ups - particularly sniffing out danger if we lose the ball deep in opposition half. He'll consolidate the midfield and protect the back four whilst both Luisito and Coluna are perfectly capable at harassing the opponent, getting the ball back and starting a counter.

Futre against Capdevila would have been devastating.

Very close. Love Enigma's central defensive partnership, it doesn't get much better than that. Prefer Enigma's attacking quality and there's scope for Villa in particular to have a good game IMO (although Camacho/Stam looks like a good unit to quell Rummenigge). But RedTiger has the greatest mismatch on the park in his favour with Luis Enrique outstripping Capdevilla down the right - I think there's bound to be a goal in that, particularly with the close support of Tigana's legs outstretching Suarez on the break.

tbf it looks like we said as well that its a 433 which isnt incorrect, at that point formation name as such isnt that important, you can call it how ever you like but whats important are player profiles you have on the pitch and how you like them to play and we said from the start that we want to play direct counter-attacking football.

aye it's really close in terms of interpretation. 4-5-1 is basically our team in transition when defending. 4-3-3 is more popular and easy on the eye tho when depicting formations as otherwise it might be considered ultra defensive one :) And leave gaps up the pitch. With the style and instructions however is easier to paint for the public.
