Utd the better team, look solid structurally and having Cas as another passer alongside Bruno makes it easier to play out.

If Sociedad spent more time on training at football than play acting they'd probably be better at this.

I've been banging the 'you can't play football with Dalot getting this many touches' for ages, but this really is a performance for the ages. He has an absolutely world class ability to make the wrong decision every time.

Decent half but few crucial moments - Garnacho shooting instead of passing the ball to Dorgu who was free on his left, Dalot not passing to Hojlund when he was free in a good position; Bruno and Zirkzee failing to score (the best chance we had).

So far thankfully not one of those chaotic away European displays we have seen over the years from United. This Spanish venue no where near as intimidating as Camp Nou,both Madrid stadiums,Sevilla or Athletic Bilbao stadium.

If United had a bench with options I can imagine Dalot would be hooked off at half time, looked like a poor pub player in that half. Really should have taken that big chance(s) in the 37th minute.

We need Collyer on for Zirkzee or Garnacho and Bruno in the final third. I'd also take of Dalot because he's offering sweet FA. Mazraoui surely can't do worse out right?
