Nah, I wouldn't say so. If you showed a picture of a real transvestite or gay dude and we started having fun about that, then you would have a point. But this guy is clearly just trying to be hip and ends up metrosexual beyond rescue, so he is rightfully ridiculed.

I might just be a lack of awareness. I don't think people realize how destructive words like "transvestite" are to many transgender and transsexual people. They're an extremely vulnerable population. I could explain why it's a destructive term, but then we'd be moving away from laughing at RAWK, so if anyone's interested, PM me?
I'm not especially talking about Firmino, incidentally. I'm thinking more about trans people reading this and seeing transphobia so normalized. It must really sting. I'm not speaking as any kind of expert, but I do have a trans person in my family who is close and I see the pain when they feel rejected and ridiculed by others who don't understand what it's like.
