RAWK Goes Into Meltdown | 2013/14

And why is it that opposition fans over there are all Liverpool fans pretending to be friendly outsiders? It's really creepy, especially the United one who claims he hated Ferguson.

Koscielny, has the odd "what the feck did he do that for" moment, but he's generally a great player.

I will admit that this has effected me as well. When I've turned it on I've seen him do some ridiculous things and I think to myself 'feck me..? Who rates him?...' But I am not going to argue the teeth over whether it is true or not.

My best mates mrs is a Liverpool supporter and she has been surprisingly subdued over their win. Usually she'd be all over this kind of thing. It's nice to see the change to be honest.

The last time Liverpool won the league, Homosexuality was officially listed as a disease by the World Health Organisation, and Germany was still two countries.

Oh wait, what I mean to ask is will you be alive to see Pool win the title again? Play in the CL? Etc etc.

On an actual serious note though - Pool are looking good early.

They are. I fear their top four chances won't fade so quickly, this year. Though this is probably not the thread for such rationale...

They have depth now, and if they can grind out wins whilst their players are still finding their feet and gelling as a team, then they will be laughing later on.

Pah. If Rafa was manager, they'd have won 5 of their first 3 games.

Pretty sure the consensus is those 'opposition' members are just duplicate accounts.

They wont win the title, what do they do if Glen Johnson gets injured?

Not RAWK but.. said:
We certainly have a better first team than you can muster. RVP and Rooney want to be anywhere but there. Giggs is 39 and showing it. Everywhere else it's average players. You lost the massive advantage of Fergie.

Oh, sorry, you signed Fellaini.....
It's starting back up again guys! Fergie despite never kicking a ball in the last 20 years is a huge advantage!
not RAWK but also echoed with people I play football/cricket with said:
Too early, and everyone always says Utds squad is full of obvious holes – and it's true, and has been for years. Having said that, they were gash against us.
I've heard this a lot since the loss.. :wenger::wenger::wenger::wenger: What fecking game were they watching?

We were gash, but that's because Liverpool employed nothing more than game wrecking tactics for the entire game. We tried to play football but it's hard with 10 men behind the ball for the full game and us not firing on all cylinders yet.

I find it hard to take nearly 60% possession against Anfield with their supposed 'possession' football as "gash". "lacking the final touch", "a rare moment unable to find the net but otherwise bright".

Gash is a ridiculous way to describe that performance. Against, as you said right 11 men behind the ball holding on playing counter attacking football at home for 90 mins.

They didn't even play 'counter attacking' in the second half. They just sat back and absorbed our pressure and wasted as much time as possible at every opportunity. Obvious as this is, it would have been a totally different game if it wasn't for that comedy of errors which gifted them that goal. Problem is when you give small teams something to hold onto at home they can be well organized and difficult to break down.

I've not looked on there for the past week as I've been away but I imagine they are struggling to contain themselves. United on the slide and them on the way up, just as it's been for the last 25 years.

It must be a fecking big hill.
I think you might be right. From 13 years ago...
What's the old Kop song. "The Reds are coming up the hill boy, The Reds are
coming up the hill boy, They all laugh at us, They all laugh at us, They all
say our days are numbered..........". You never know.....Maybe.....Just
Maybe........The Reds are closer than you think..............
