RAWK Goes Into Meltdown | 2013/14

But I thought he enrolled his children in a school in Liverpool and that meant he was staying? They won't get close to replacing Suarez. We're the biggest club in the world and even with £80m from Ronaldo sale we still haven't replaced him.

If they made an Expendables version of football Maradona would be Sly Stallone, Pele = Arnie and Suarez=The Kid (nameless young gun who you just call The Kid and ends the movie a 'man', as in "You're a man now, kid." The passage to this manhood may include shooting a guy in the head, cutting throats, blowing up a military base in some south east asian country's jungle and assorted other violent measures)

I've missed RAWK. Still brilliant at football analysis, still brilliant fanfiction wrtiters.

"And I'm sorry, Mr Suarez, but there's nothing you can do about it."
I believe the exact quote would be "And I do apologise Mr Suarez, but there is feck all you can do about it".

What a post that was. Definitely the best thing RAWK has ever given us, up there with the guy losing an argument to his own imagination and the guy who wrote the fanfiction story about Carragher scoring the winner in the CL final against us.

Something that I haven´t seen said is - Barcelona are a side on the decline. In contrast we are a side on the up. To jump ship from us to go there at the moment could be your very own Michael Owen moment Mr Suárez. In fairness to Mr Owen, there was absolutely no indicators that Liverpool would win the Champions League while he kept Jonathan Woodgate company in Madrid. This time though.... there are some warning signs Mr Suárez.

Yes, Michael Owen kept Woodgate company at Madrid. You know who else he kept company? Ronaldo, Raul, Figo, Zidane and Beckham. Fine, Madrid won nothing that year and Liverpool fluked their way to the Champions League, but claiming Owen moved to a smaller club is just ludicrous.

Ian Ayre is reportadly meeting with officials from Barca about the potential transfer of suarez. Cue the media/fergie/italian/fifa blaming for his inevitable departure

Fancy going into business? I reckon we could do a roaring trade in Suarez effigies. I know where we can get a lorry load of rejected oversize dentures dirt cheap

Let's exploit both markets, you handle the suarez ones and i'll get some evra/fergie ones made. We'd be millionares......of course theres a good chance we'd get robbed

But it was a hilariously bad move given what happened.

The guy one the Ballon D'or, he wanted to go to Madrid and play at a higher level. Many players have make that move and have bad times at Madrid, then go on to great things elsewhere - it wasn't his choice of move that caused the injuries and loss of pace.

Is he not the guy that allegedly scammed a bunch of Liverpool fans out of money by claiming to be ITK then making them shell out 30 quid to share his definitely real knowledge?

Either way I lost it laughing at this thumbnail

Jesus Christ. Just watched that video and completely lost it when he said "Have you ever been bitten by someone? It's not nice, it really hurts".

What would be really hilarious is Barca hold out for less than what Liverpool demand and Suarez will act like a cry baby like he did last summer. RAWK will explode.

This is exactly whats going to happen though, Ayre is going to open with "we want 80 million", Barcelona will laugh in his face, Suarez will go absolutely spastic, Barcelona will sign him for 45 plus add ons in the last week of the window.

Well, they won't get 80m for him. As the matter stands you'd think Barca are in a good position to negotiate if the scousers actually have decided it's time to get rid.

The fat guy is right though. Their fans are utterly mental. They are gagging so badly for Uniteds stature and pedigree around the world that they'd bend over and sell their arse to a man with a barbed wire cock.

Shameful and an embarrassment to the club.

He really is a selfish nasty little bastard and it kills me saying that ,i think he has let the supporters down big time, the supporters have stuck by him these last few seasons ,i think he owed us this season and i dont think anybody would have cared if he went then,at least Brendan will have a nice few bob to strengthen ,only problem teams will ride us knowing we have 70-80 million from the sale.
And so the mists of delusion clear and they finally begin to see Suarez for the nasty piece of work he really is.

This is turning out to be a great summer to be a United fan

Cue the 'Seasons in the Sun' poems/songs.

He's a seaword of a player, and they're starting to see it. What a wonderful time to be alive! (as a United fan)

Imagine Barcelona (with Suarez) play Liverpool

It'll have to be in the first knock out stage as Liverpool won't be going any further than that (if they even get out of their group)

We're going to have to adapt to life back in the Champion's League whilst losing one of the best players in the world. Thankfully we have arguably the best manager in the Premiership who's been on an upward trajectory since the day he arrived. Let it continue and we'll be fine.

Put down your champions league winners medals Mourinho and Van Gaal, you can't compete with a guy who finished second once.

Yeah forget Wenger's 12 trophies with Arsenal (inc community shield). I mean, Rodgers was LMA Manager of the Year FFS.
