Anemic, weak-willed performance. Not too surprising given the manner of our CL exit vs PSG. But, I believe in lessons learned, and the lesson here should be that no, small squad of 14-15 regulars will not do for multiple competitions. And neither will the mantra of playing every 3 days with no rotation for months being beneficial for players. Not a knee jerk reaction, just common sense. And I am sure there will be significant overhaul in the summer, but that's a conversation for another time.

Also. Even with us not really showing up, what little we did do was quickly snuffed out by refs. We were robbed of three or so pens and numerous important decisions mysteriously went the other way, as they do.

And as a bonus, all the diving, rolling around and moaning whilst being the dirtiest side in England is what makes Saurdies such an annoying, disgusting fatberg. Best to avoid all the pundits that will be wanking poetic about them after this

What has happened to the team? Is this a shock to anyone? It happens every single spring. They collapse due to a lack of depth and quality. We are going to lose more games leading up to May.

Slot… I have no words. It was pathetic, and it has been for the past few weeks. Gakpo has one leg, but Chiesa has to wait. Jota starts ahead of Nunez. Pathetic. It just shows how incredibly poorly this club is run from a sporting perspective.

If we don't massively improve our depth in the off season we need to start binning off the 2 domestic cups and I hate saying that. We didn't deserve to win. Chiesa needs to play more the rest of the season. After Mo the other attackers have been off it for too long. I understand Gakpo is trying to get going again after an injury.

Almost glad we’re out of the CL now as I think we might not hang onto that 12 point lead if we had more midweek CL games to play.

Just have to hope that the players recover some kind of physical condition by the time we return after the international break as they are miles off it at the moment. The two PSG games have obviously taken a huge amount out of them. Plus the lack of rotation recently

In all honesty I could not care less about this fourth rate cup. It produces very little money and literally no credibility. The PL is what matters and we better recover during the international break and ensure we get that wrapped up as soon as possible.

I have to keep reminding people, we haven't won it yet and, if we play like that, we won't. Arsenal could be 9 points behind if they win their game v Fulham before we play neverton, but a few draws or a loss or two and it could ge touch and go.

The wheels came off this time last season, we must make sure they are still on, if only barely, to get us over the line. Going out of 2 cups in fairly quick succession, and losing a final is bad enough, but to concede the Premier League title as well would be a disaster, not only for the players, manager and supporters, but also for the future of the club, as we could see a mass exodus of players not willing to hang around while Slot rebuilds.

THIS year must be the year we win the title.

Think because they know the league is done, they wanted more to make it a special season, whilst winning the league is special anyway.

Also, I can understand it, having won the league already, they could have done more being in CL and cup final, losing both in a week is a bitter pill to swallow.

Its also how toothless they have been in these games, the performances have been declining over the weeks. Whilst its amazing to win the league, its an indication of things to come maybe?
