Indian weddings are awesome. If you're talking about the pheras, Salvation it's a really small fire that only lasts a while. Hardly polluting if at all. The food, drinks, mad dancing is all lots of fun. At least in north India. South Indian weddings tend to be vegetarian and without drinks so they totally suck.

Yeah well I don't like the barat business myself, especially when I get stuck in traffic because of it. Despite that weddings are generally a fun affair especially if it's someone close that's getting married and you're more than just a guest.
