Rashford is more than just ok as a footballer. Among several thousand people who unlike me have managed to make football their profession, he is one of a select few who could command a fee well above £50m to do it.
Just making PL level is impressive enough, wether you are from Wythenshawe or Bagdad. If you are a so called bad seed, even more so.

This issue with sweets and his teeth has been mentioned before I think. Fingers crossed he can make a career for himself.
It will be a great thing if he finally realises his potential no matter who he plays for now and it would probably better for him to not return to Manchester as that would surely be a trigger for him to lose the plot again.

He regularly returns to Manchester. As he’s 26 and not 18 anymore he’s most likely have grown up a bit. Not sure if you’re aware but generally people mature and make better decisions, not everyone but most people anyways.

If you’d ever encountered him, which I doubt, you’d be able to find out how he actually is, not how he’s portrayed on the Caf and the media. Lad is a typical lad from wythenshawe, probably had a tough upbringing and has struggled to find the right path to choose once he got picked up by United. Superb footballer but flawed person. If Sheffield Utd get him playing on a regular basis and he’ll do well for them. If he can continuously apply himself he’ll be picked up by a better club. Applying himself on a regular basis is his major issue. He’s not been in trouble with the law for over half a decade, yet some people can’t let that go and actually make crap up about what he actually did or didn’t do.
I’ve encountered him on a night out. Seemed sound. However him and his friends were involved in a kick off with another group. No blows just a group argument.

I am well aware that with age comes maturity but as you have stated sometimes that is not the case and it seems pretty obvious to me that whatever problems he has had he would not fit into the normal life of a young footballer.

Thank you for backing me up on that. As I’ve said in previous posts of Ravel Morrison I grew up watching the lad and thinking what a player. My eyes lit up when I saw him in JD sports that day. By that time I believe he was playing his football in obscurity and I just said hello. I always wanted him to do well and I still do I suppose. But I don’t think he will because he has an attitude problem. The guy who said maybe he was having a bad day or saying feck off when someone says hello doesn’t constitute a screw loose then I give up on this thread. Is that what the world is coming to? Trying to be polite and I get told I’m wrong? Bloody hell.
Going to be bittersweet if he does well, and I hope he does. He should have played at United.

When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.
The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.
When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

Most people even if they feel shitty dont open with that line. I have defended him here many times as I am sure he has had a hard time growing up but most people answer other peoples greetings and openings with a fairly simple opening themselves before asking for them to be left alone.
