Film Rate the Marvel Movies

Interesting to see that, now enough time has passed to evaluate it critically, most people have realised that Black Panther was fairly shit. The critics were so desperate not to offend anyone that they wrongly made it out to be a modern classic.

To be fair, they're all fairly average though.

"Remember how the last 8 crises were potentially world-ending? Well this one is genuinely the most world-endingest of all. Everything is at stake. Again."

They should make another one and perhaps they'll have better luck this time.

Always thought iconic guy like Spider-Man deserves Tim Burton or Chris Nolan type of directing. Someone who'll elevate a character to expected greatness.

Wasn't a huge fan of the first 2 Avengers movie but Infinity War blew me away.

This movie is really charming and unique, considering no one card about these particular Marvel characters before the movie, this was a small miracle. Stan Lee put his money behind it IIRC.

2. Doctor Strange (2016) 8.8
I don't remember the last time I was so impressed with computer graphics, I guess it would be the LoTR Trilogy. Wonderful acting, has that Disney charm and they manage to humanize these fantastic characters amazingly well for an action film.

3. Captain America: The First Avenger (2011) 8.6
Gave me the feels, so I gotta put it way up there. Spending so much time on the pre-syrum Steve Rogers was worth every moment.

4. Iron Man (2008) 8.6
Gotta give certain movies credit for being earlier and not having the same budget, Disney showed in this film they could make a successful dramatic comedy out of a superhero's personality. Again, funny and charming.

I want to like these movies but I won't lie..

17) Black Panther
-- 4/10, first half is so good, loving it and would rate it 8/10 but then halfway through.... downhill we go.
18) Age of Ultron
-- 4/10, it's a big mess. No proper structure. Huge potential though.
19) Dark World
-- 4/10, Loki + Capt short cameo and Darcy saved this movie.
20) Incredible Hulk
-- 3/10, Hulk form here is scary and more authentic. It's not a joke. I think Ruffalo's portrayal of Banner in the first Avengers movie is the best followed by Norton's portrayal here but honestly I just don't find the Banner here likable. Ruffalo's portrayal since then is just becoming a joke character though sadly. Ruffalo's Hulk isn't cool and tbh boring.
21) Captain Marvel
-- 3/10, Vers and the Kree Squad are actually fun and interesting.. seriously that first one-third part of the film is so fun, then they decide to let Vers travel on her own and forcefully paired with an out of character Nick Fury then assembly of boring side characters joined their party. It's so boring and forceful.
22) Far From Home
-- 2/10, forceful rubbish. Spider suits and Mysterio "saved" this movie.
23) Iron Man 3
-- 1/10, it's just pure rubbish. disappointing. Seeing many Iron Mark suits are the only cool fun of this.

Guardians of the Galaxy would be my #1, but that’s the only one I’ve seen so far. Are there any mandatory prequels before I check out Infinity Wars?

Ben kingsley pulled off menacing really well.

I think it was a mistake making mandarin a joke
Although it seems like based on the shorts and other stuff, that they kinda played that nobody in that movie was the mandarin (but not sure how they would do that with IM no there)
