We've been gradually getting better each season, he will be as disappointed as any of us if we don't win something next season - but our depth still needs improving in certain areas to challenge on all 3 fronts IMO.
We've been close in a few semi's and finals now - but hopefully with the extra we can push it over the line.

If we sign another RB, literally every position has two competitors at least right? Maybe the defensive midfield is a bit light with Matic/Fred/Scott for now, as the latter two play box to box as well.
I'd argue that bringing in Varane slightly mitigates our overriding need for a CDM... but that's just me
Judging by recent reports, the board might think we need either a top class DM or CF to truly compete, but it'll certainly heat up.
