Yes, I think he is doing a good job after inheriting a broken club. The dressing room is split, we have too many players playing for themselves and there are structural issues in the club.
I saw progress yesterday in the big things, such as dominating Villa for good periods of the game and the little things, Mason making some selfless decisions.
I wanted a manager who would take no shit from the squad and be willing to play the best performers and Ralf is showing he is willing to do that.
