We need him upstairs as much as we need ETH as our main coach and if he leaves, I will be very worried for the next season.

Agreed. He's a mediocre coach at best but clearly sharp as a tack and an expert at rebuilding structure.
I've loved his attitude this year and feel with this squad there's not a Manager out there who could have done much better.

Ralf is only a consultant, these grandiose plans only exist in Rangnick's head. He is only a small part of it, evidenced by him only working 6 days a month.
