No it's just until 12 for international transfers. Arsenal have until 1 to get the Welbeck deal done as it's a domestic transfer.

I thought International transfers was until midnight?
I'm hoping to feck that we've done this with the PL etc and are just doing our usual taking an eternity to announce.
The thing that helps calm the nerves a bit is that when the Coentrao deal fell through last year, we knew it right after 11:00 PM. The fact that we haven't heard anything yet means we applied for the extension, which makes the deal still very much alive.

The only consolation would be that we get Danny back, hopefully and Arsenal still don't have a striker.
Not a big Welbeck fan, but just if Falcao doesn't come through the medical and we keep Welbeck, it could put us in an even stronger position to take the 3rd/4 th spot, Arsenal are desperate for a striker, we are not.
yup - many transfers aren't made public until a long time after the deadline. All the club has to do is to file the necessary paperwork by midnight. Theretically - they could go to sleep afterwards and announce the signing next morning

We take a while to announce our players this season. The deal is likely done and dusted we are simply sorting out interviews, promotional pictures and quotes to release.
