Those who can't obey the rules essentially get rewarded with not having to obey them? Whilst others can't complete their team and are forced to pick ridiculously daft players.

Ah, see what you did here was go into this thinking that:
1) Anything Edgar decides would be logical
2) That there would be an element of equality across his decisions
And
3) That he doesn’t make a decision and then realize halfway through that it wouldn’t work and then just wing it as he goes.

This is the third round we have specifically been done over so in all honesty I'm tempted to knock it on the head.
Firstly Tymoshchuk, literally the only player we could pick, then Cavani, another player we didn't need/want but had to pick and now this one where there's literally one obscure Argentinian who played at Olympiakos with Cambiasso who isn't in a position we need to complete the team.
That's pretty much three turns/picks that we've had zero choice of player or position and have been a complete and utter waste.
Obviously it's beyond annoying that others have broken the rules throughout and even when they are hit with stipulations can simply pass and pick who they want later on as opposed to getting the punishment we have been repeatedly given.
Makes the whole thing a bit pointless.

Give Edgar some slack, folks. He wants the Draft to not filled with GOATs again.
It won't be filled with GOATs as there's a huge blocklist and you have the travel rules to contend with (which I like and gets you thinking).
These mid round rules though have got to be fair to some degree. As I've pointed out we've been shafted three times now and it basically means we can't complete our team. Edgar should have sent the mid round changes prior to the start of the game to someone independent to verify them and the timings.
As it is now I feel they've been done in such a way to absolutely feck our team up and made up on the spot.
