Protest at Old Trafford

How do the snowflakes on here think we'll make any difference if we do nothing? It may not lead to anything but better to attempt to do something than sit on your sofa preaching and doing nothing.

How do you "renegades" think 200 hooded goons breaking in and messing the ground up and potentially messing one game up is going to force billionaires to sell a ground in a country they never go to?

What's the worst thing is that there are around 200 so called fans in there and they're embarrassing our club and doing harm to our team, the players and Ole.

Let us play Liverpool and ruin their hope of qualifying to Champions League or even feckign Europa League.

Dickheads.

The worst if it is that all the childish vandalism and disruption is not a good thing for the mindset of the home side.
If the dippers get a rare win at OT today then the feral vandals breaking stuff could well be the cause.
As a City fan it‘s not amusing because I don’t want to see Liverpoo in Europe next year but those tools are doing all they can to spoil united’s home advantage.

It’s going to be called off, United will forfeit the game and the Glazers still won’t sell.

Protest good. Fully support that

But hate to see them smashing up the place

I absolutely support their message and their right to protest but please, I beg of you, don’t do anything that causes an inconvenience to anyone.

Indeed. You lot should've done this for your European game or against Fulham, basically one I don't care about watching.

It's almost like none of these protesters thought about me.

Nothing was ever achieved by sitting on ones arse at home.

An educated guess but I cannot see the game being cancelled. The betting companies and broadcasters would lose revenue because this is one of the biggest games in English football. At worst it will be postponed.

Glazer's won't suffer due to this.

The club will... Points deductions or fines, fans banned from our last home game? There will be consequences of this, and all hits the club not making as dent in the owners.
This was always going to be the case. The Glazers were never leaving without some form of confrontation.

What if we could organise this every game until they feel the pinch? Then it would make a dent. No games at Old Trafford until they leave......

Why are you wasting time on here? Get a Kickstarter going and buy Joel and Avi a box of chocolates each.
So everyone who doesn't have the same view on this is Glazers' fan? What a stupid point, mate.

If they were respectable fans and not this collection of chav scum then it would be impactful. As it is they are just an embarrassment and all they will achieve is getting Liverpool into the Champions League.

It's as clear as day that a lot of you couldn't give a toss about the football club. Moaning about a delay, points being docked, punishing the players, making the club undesirable for future signings etc. are all so minor compared to getting the Glazers out.

Yeah I would maybe consider this protest useful if there was even a glimmer of chance that this changes anything. The only impact it will have is we will get docked points and our main rivals will get a huge boost in top 4 race.

Embarrassing day to be a United fan.

Majority of fans are anti-Glazer, that doesn’t give anyone the right to break in to the stadium and cause these scenes.

Games are only called off before because of fans. If there arent any fans then they could push it back to 8 and nobody really gives a feck.

Probably a United fan as is happy about the protests mate. Practically everyone who works their supports United.

You think they like the Glazers? Not a chance.

And? Does that mean that I have to ignore the work that he put and has probably been ruined? He could have been a City fan, it wouldn't change a thing.

No one will get a points deduction, they'll just replay the game at a later date. Meanwhile, football fans around the world will stand up and take notice of a protest strong enough to get a game cancelled. Win win.

Right or wrong, Glazers and the board must be bricking it at the thought of fans being allowed back into the stadiums. The protests are going to be unparalleled.

The corporate media needs to be careful not to make this situation worse, as they almost always do in protest situations. Condemnation of the fans will definitely fuel the anger of this movement growing around the owners

Owners come and go, but the fans are the one constant ~ Sports news folks must keep that in mind

If points were docked it’s the very definition of anti-team?
That would be a shame but if it’s required to have any impact then so be it? That would be on the FA though, and they were staunchly against the super league and therefore the Glazers, so it’s on them to show some understanding.

Unfortunately I don't think this is how any protest work. The ends justify the means, and if they really want to get the message out, this "inconvenience" are bound to happen.

If the game's cancelled it's the Glazers fault for not having appropriate security at the stadium.
