I skimmed the rules yesterday and it seems a little research intensive for what my schedule allows currently. Just to clarify it’s only one player per club and per country?
maybe I’m reading it wrong, but I’m still understanding it as one player per club or country
as in there can’t be more than one player for England and United. One player may check both of those boxes.

Based on city of birth. So if they were born in Ukraine it'll block only Ukraine
