If Felliani is still here next season I think I'll explode!

Me too, but I think he will be. He has had enough time to put feelers out and see what others are willing to offer. I bet nobody is offering what he's on right now. Let alone if he got a minor pay-rise. I think we'll call his bluff and he'll decide to re-sign and get a small pay-rise, or at least smaller than he's requesting. Which I would hate, as it'd mean a few more seasons of long-ball.

Fellaini is the living embodiment of Mourinho style of football, of course he's staying.

Please don't. That's not even funny! :( If Mourinho is serious about taking us to the next level (and he's certainly been talking up his game recently), there's absolutely no way we can/should keep Fellaini.

Can we please not sign Gareth Bale? Thanks.

Yep. We've just added a 500k a week left-winger to the squad who can't do a thing right at present, and already had two decent left-wing options prior to that. Can we stop making social-media signings and start strengthening areas of the team that actually need serious work?

Also, Madrid are not interested in Rashford - he's nowhere near prolific enough to warrant them spending the £80m or so they'd need to bid for him. The signing makes no sense to anyone.

If we keep signing players in their late 20s (or 30s) on huge wages, we’ll never get anywhere. The club has to know this by now. Bale had his chance to come when he wasn’t old and injury prone. He wasn’t interested then, we shouldn’t be interested now.

I thought Rashford had played in virtually every game this season for us what on earth are they talking about

Are you inferring that The Sun doesn't apply logic to their transfer rumours? Doubt it...

It is actually incredible how the public narrative on Rashford has turned so quickly. A guy who before injury was involved in every game. A guy who recently started against Liverpool and against Seville in the Champions League. The guy who’s played more for Jose Mourinho than any other player at United.

And he’s still only 20.
