- There's only one United!
- Alexis Sanchez is in the Arsenal squad for Crystal Palace and could still bid the Emirates farewell from the pitch.
Doubt it tbh. It's just following the trend of putting a negative spin on this Sanchez transfer, by making it out that there's unrest within United players. The article also says that Pogba is on £200k a week. I thought he was on £290k a week.Really!!??
- Paul Pogba will demand his Manchester United wages are doubled to £400k-a-week to match new arrival Alexis Sanchez.

He could, but that's firstly not anywhere near doubling his wages. He'd also be fully aware that Sanchez is older and in his peak (corresponds to when players earn the most) and also aware of the fact that Sanchez ran down his contract and hence is compensated accordingly in both signing on fee and elevated wages.Yeah he is on £290K a week but i would say he would likey demand parity with your top earner.
Not sure what you mean tbh.really? its actually quite a common clause

It’s fairly common for top players to have an highest earner clause in their contract, so if someone comes in on more the get an automatic pay riseHe could, but that's firstly not anywhere near doubling his wages. I was unaware of this, but fair enough. If there's such a clause in Pogba's contract, then there's no need for him to "demand his wages are doubled" as it should be done automatically. It’s fairly common for top players to have an highest earner clause in their contract, so if someone comes in on more the get an automatic pay rise

Solid work as usual Christinaa. Nice that someone takes time and effort to do this.
How’s that work with two players with the same clause? Would they just have joint top earners? It’s fairly common for top players to have an highest earner clause in their contract, so if someone comes in on more the get an automatic pay rise
yes, the clause means no one can be paid moreHow’s that work with two players with the same clause? Would they just have joint top earners?
I imagined a silly situation where two players would keep beating each other’s wage by a £1yes, the clause means no one can be paid more
