Thanks so much for your comments. Unfortunately i can't gather the information to post for everyone.

They still can't find which is the bacteria giving me problems till now. Seems its not such an easy task and my fever keeps going up and down.

I really wish and pray that I can manage to go home as I'm giving up my friends.
