Usually a defender of refs, I think they have a difficult job. But that was a clear foul and almost identical to the first one. The ref clearly saw it.

So how is it not a foul and a yellow?

I think its fair enough as an isolated incident. I think refs are far too likely to give a free-kick for situations like that when a player does little more than run into an opponent. But, they create a rod for their own back so no sympathy. If ones a foul then the other one is.
