Pace isn't everything in countering. Decision making is the most important thing in playing a good counter imo and all these players just want to run with the ball till they lose it, especially Willian.

Chelsea were semi forced into this lineup with their squad options and suspensions but they've been very negative this game.
Many wanted that.
