Premier League Gameweek 9

I wish Liverpool weren't so good

Or rather, wish other 'good' teams weren't so shit against them.

This has been a disasterclass by Evans  1 own goal already, and unsatisfied by that, proceeds to hit his own post twice.

Fofana has been shown up badly today. People should go easy on the hype, same thing happened with Soyuncu last season.

Do the Brazil team have the real Firminho held in captivity and flew us back us the duff clone one? could apply that to Wijnaldum too.
Tbf to Gini he has a completely different brief for the Dutch. He’s their main attacking midfielder, the fact he can do several roles to such a high level is a testament to the player he is.

Liverpool have played well today but Leicester have been notably awful. Really haven't turned up.

I don’t understand how that didn’t go over the line on goal line tech. I couldn’t see any shadow on the line.

Was he the one who scored the curler v Everton last season when your youth team won? Yeah he's one strangely the press don't seem to be hyping up for once and going under the radar, Harvey Elliott seems more hyped up but on loan at Blackburn for the season.
Yeah that's him. Already a good player and I'm enjoying watching him for us

It's the risk with many of the options though. I don't see how anyone can be so sure that this board will choose a manager that will be a success. The odds of getting another SAF are miniscule.
I’m not even asking for an SAF, that’s impossible, I’m just asking for someone who is qualified for the job. Having Molde & Cardiff on your CV doesn’t warrant the United job. He’s had 2 years now & I still don’t know that he’s trying to do.

Leicester as an attacking force have been impressively terrible.
They only really sparked on the road against Citeh.

The way the press have been gushing about Leicester you'd think they didn't bottle a 11 point lead. They can be got at.

And there it is, you can always rely on a Rogers team to fluff their lines when a great opportunity is staring them in the face

Rodgers level is this. Never rated him to manage a big club and take them to great heights.

Brighton, Wolves and Fulham up next for them. Another piss-easy 9 points.
How long you been watching football for mate?

It doesn't work like that

Liverpool rightly faves and I think they will win it. But this will be closer.

Liverpool recruitment team could sign a prime Messi on the back of his 5th Balon d'Or and claim he was a hidden gem.
Maybe but we could get Messi/Ronaldo and they will fail here. That's a real performance.

Leicester have a real problem defending on setpieces. I expect them to fall down the table by the end of the holiday fixtures.
