Premier League Gameweek 9

Would you want Mourinho?

Being serious, not trying to sound sarcastic etc.

Nah. Not really.

I'd take him if it was a choice of him or continue with Poch, but there's a few I'd prefer to Mourinho. Don't think he would work with our board well at all.

Spurs lucky to avoid a home defeat to a woeful Watford side. The late leveler a total gift somehow was judged as a hand ball? 2 shots on target for spurs all game..

Good day for us so far, most of our relegation buddies dropping points.

Poch still absolutely has to go. Dire, depressing point against the worst team in the league.

We created absolutely nothing and relied on a fluke to scrape said point. They were the team who led and had chances to win, with a clear penalty not given. This is a side who haven't won at all this season and a side who lost 8-0 to City not so long ago.

It has to stop now. Anybody with eyes can see that Pochettino isn't inspiring this team in any way, shape or form. The system and personnel change week in, week out on his whims, he has no idea how to stop the rot and nothing he tries works at all. Time to bite the bullet while there's still a miniscule chance of saving top 4 for this team.

Very unfortunate that Watford were denied their first win of the season today

The way things are going for Spurs Glaston wont be able visit the Villa fourm that hates him.

Ah so it is Mike Dean in the VAR room today. He can't resist grabbing the headlines even when he's locked in a little room.

The FA needs to be held to account for the farce that is their implementation of VAR. How many results are getting unjustly decided by bizarre, stupid, incoherent and inconsistent application of its rules by the system?

Is refreshing the sky sports page every 2 seconds to see if your manager has been sacked yet normal?

Asking for a friend.

If there was 1 league in the world that you just knew would mess up VAR, it's the premier league.

14th. If we manage to not lose by more than a goal tomorrow, we can stay there.

No less normal than people on here refreshing the page to see if we end up with him if/when he does get sacked. ;)

VAR is absolute shambles. So inconsistent, they need to get rid of it as no one seems to know what is happening anymore.

It wasn’t, Spurs haven’t won away from home in the prem since January, been playing boring rubbish football to boot (no different to OGS)
I don't understand how people can think about it like you do just now. Poch is there 5 years. It is just end of his cycle there.

What on earth are Man. City playing at Palace?!

Fernandinho, Cancelo and Walker as a back 3?

Edit: Walker not even playing, Mendy at LB.

Poch had a better history and had several good seasons with Spurs at high level unlike Ole who's pretty much a nothing manager though.

I swear to christ if we lose today I'm gonna punch Pep. A DM and two wingbacks (not really fullbacks) who hate defending as a back 3... really?

Most attacking starting XI of all time award. Zaha must be looking at that and licking his lips. What the feck is going on in that genial bald head.

Who would you want to take over ? Allegri or someone like Eddie Howe ?

I actually hope City wins it. Such an attacking formation against a boring defensicve team like Palace. Always prefer the attacking/footballing team to win.
