Premier League Gameweek 38

yeah Rodri made Areola look like a bit of a tit there

Spurs will be fuming they didn’t beat city. Could have been 4th now
They have their treasured "We didn't let Arsenal win the league" trophy. DVDs coming out soon.

Please can Rodri pick up a red. Just give us some hope for next weekend.
Yeah, right. He'll need to go two-footed at the ref's chest and even then they'll need VAR to check whether the yellow should actually be a red.

It was so fecking obvious that Villa would have a horrible game against Palace. It was nailed on. Utterly moronic atmosphere from the Spurs fans and Arsenal aren't even beating Everton.

You realise that’s not true right?
I did say probably. I don't think Villa would've got anything against Palace today regardless of what happened on Tuesday. Probably the most in form team in the league behind Arsenal and City.

Ye it looks like it’s all backfired on them. Karma

Wow. Palace do know how to score goals under this manager. Look very good

But its not probably. Son missed the chance, near the 90th minute and it would have been an equalising goal. If we'd gotten 1 point from that game and won this one, and Villa still got smashed, Villa still would have been 4th.

Schrodinger's Spurs. Simaltaneously the world's biggest bottlers and able to beat the team that have won the title 6/7 seasons at will (and decided not to).

This is just what Arsenal fans will say to make themselves feel better. Something something Spurs. As if, Villa would've put in the same performance if they hadn't already achieved their main goal for the season.

Could have won the treble if we'd just bothered turning up and beating the champions of 6 of the past 7 seasons. So silly of us to throw that game.

Oh yes, my bad. I forgot they had to win, not draw.

Jean Philippe MaHaaland, where's this dude found this form from?

Why didn't Spurs just win the league? Are they stupid?

Brentford get a goal against Newcastle. 2-3. Wissa.

Palace now 5-0. Eze with his second I think.

Burnley get a goal back. Cullen.

Oh, hooray. Abu Dhabi 115 are still um. Winning. Never was there such a hollow victory.

Villa have been running on empty for a while now (see their European performance and look at their form) so that's bollocks really. Top 4 was absolutely there for Spurs, and Arsenal aren't even winning anyway against Everton.

If Brentford get another goal we're in the Conference League FFS

We are stuck with the Liverpool game as husband supports them, but sky were saying how it'll be an unprecedented 4th title in a row for 115 Charges FC

Yes perhaps because they've done unprecedented levels of cheating....

Why didn't Spurs just win the league? Are they stupid?

If Son just scored in every game and Vicario just saved every shot and stopped caring so much about Arsenal, there would be a league title in Tottenham this season. Alas, too much worry about Arsenal to do that.

Definitely the game against City that cost us CL, rather than....the Fulham or Wolves losses for example.

Is this the most boring final day for a while? There has been literally nothing at stake, not even secondary objectives like 5th, since about the 15th minute.

Please no...

If we get lumbered with it, we should only play the kids in it, will at least be a test of which ones are potentially ready and be good experience for them

Do people seriously think the Spurs players and manager didn’t try their utmost to get something from their match with City? Reading some comments it’s like Tottenham lay down for City to win which is absurd for anyone who watched that match.
