Premier League Gameweek 37

The more Neville goes on about how brilliant this City side are to watch, the more it just comes across that he's trying to convince himself they are.
When he said earlier that they’ll come alive soon… like shut up. We know you want them to win the league. Don’t need to make it obvious

Problem for Spurs is that they have very little goal threat without Kane. Brennan Johnson is a £15m player. Second half with Grealish and Doku City will score.

The only way Spurs had such a good record against City is because their forwards scored often against City. These ones.. unlikely.

Son always scores against City. He must have at least 8 goals vs them.

City just don't look like scoring today. They've chosen a poor day to look toothless.

Whenever i've watched City this year they've been utter crap. Arsenal will be kicking themselves if they don't win the title.

I get the impression the Spurs players are going through the motions. Trying to look "up for it" but not really doing anything to threaten City. No Spurs player wants to be the one known for handing the title to Arsenal.

They'll have their name sung by Arsenal fans for decades to come and they'll be forever hated by Spurs fans!

It’s tragic seeing any player rolling around then pop back up again once the whistle blows. It’s somehow worse when you see a British player at it though.

Unless you’ve got your team into the CL then they’ll be loved by their own fans. And Arsenal fans probably don’t want spurs to get into the CL as much as spurs fans don’t want Arsenal winning the league.

Most of these players won't be wearing a Spurs shirt in 2/3 years, why would they care...

City look completely out of sorts

Don't remember the last time I saw City this poor at making just about any sort of final pass.

City don’t look like they want the league. This is similar to them against Villa where they also looked awful

It's ridiculous the amount of times this happens, don't understand trying to play out from the back when passes clearly aren't on and being pressured intensely, suicidal sometimes

It's simple; because when you get it right, suddenly you have a whole lot of space to run into

And watching Spurs, you can tell they are very good at it. Even against an elite pressing side like City. They've fashioned several transitions starting with passing out the back

One of their worse games for years was the one where they lost to Villa. They had 2 shots all game.

Typical Spurs, they haven't been great most the season and the one game that could help Arsenal win the league and guarentee many more years of taunts.....they decide to show up

I always wonder how players that make a heroic block, like the Spurs defender did then, feel when it's given offside. I reckon they're secretly raging
