How the feck is that not a pen? Partey has no intention of playing the ball and just blocks KdB off?

Yeah it's weird, but I don't actually think it's a pen by the rules. With Partey not going for the ball though you could say he was just I obstructing the player (pet hate when players shield the ball out for a goal kick, feckin stupid)

KDB can't just kick through him though so no pen is probably the right decision.
 
BT Sport talking of Liverpools teething problems as if we aren’t 7 games from the end of the season and they haven’t been shot all season
 
Sometimes feels like a simulation that things like that aren’t a pen and a former referee is agreeing with it
 
Neither have control of it, you can argue Partey is attempting to shield the ball (which he is also allowed to do)

I dunno, it's a legit 50/50 one for me
Would partey not have to have control of the ball to shield it? He's just stuck a foot out to stop de bryne shooting
 
Commentators says its the correct decision, excuse me what? Thats not a free kick to Arsenal.
 
That's never a pen. Partey put his foot down to protect the ball and was kicked through by kdb
