Premier League Gameweek 26 fixtures (9th - 11th Feb 2019)

Chelsea are mAtch for City in possession. Too bad they were missing for 20 minutes.

Why is Kante being played so far forward when he made his name as the shield in front of the defence?

Shit I missed the first half. Thought it was 4.30 ko.

Have the City fans gone home already?

Whatever happened to that decent Christensen kid ? Luiz isn't a defender
Whenever you have a thought about a Chelsea player that starts with “whatever happened to...”, the answer is always either “he’s on loan” or “he’s been ditched for a fancier player”, and by “fancier” I mean more expensive/ shiny new toy.

Come on Aguero get a hat trick! Need Chelsea's GD to be demolished here....:D

Because Sarri, that’s why.

It’s rare to see a manager persist with such a blatantly horrendous tactical decision.

 I swear he looked like a more competent CB

Why the feck do Chelsea insist on playing Jorginho as a 6 and not Kante, who’s tailor made for it.

Has Kante ever played as sole holding midfielder , he certainly isn't tailor made for that role there is lot of misconception about Kante's position he has mostly played as box to box who excels in more defensive side of the game but playing him instead of Jorginho isn't playing to his strengths either.

This is going to be one of those games where feck all happens for the rest of the game, isn't it. Maybe Chelsea sneak one back and that'll be that.

Doesn't need white text. Maybe you are ignorant of what LVG did in the 90s. LVG is one of the best dutch managers ever after the likes of Cruyff and Michels.
And he was visionary. Only fans who didn't watched his Ajax can say different. And one of the best in promoting youth. He is like our SAF. Titles, excellent football and all that without paying huge fees for new players. He created success.
I hate when people talking shit just because he didn't make it in United

City have created the better chances, but the scoreline is pretty ridiculous and flatters them a lot. They haven't been that good.

I cant believe Aguero has stayed in Manchester all these years and fecking Di Maria couldnt wait to get out of it after a few months.

Probably helps that his quoted wages are in the top 3 in the league, but his actual wages will probably take him top 3 in the world

I'm not sure Liverpool will be able to get the consistency required to be good both in Champions League and Premier.

Well said. But I'm sure we'll hear the same dumb thing again from another clueless poster soon.

They looked terrific for a good 15mins. And bar Barkley's ridiculous gift, have cut Chelsea open.

To think we thought this was a tough game for them!

It's not difficult to understand. If Kante plays there, Chelsea's build up suffers enormously. Kante never played as a single pivote for France or Leicester or under Conte and Mourinho if I remember correctly.

What is funny is that the same people saying Sarri should change where the same people saying Pep should change and David Silva and De Bruyne would never work as a midfield pair.

I think that's what we'll see.

There is no way Sarri is surviving this season. They’ll hire a new flavour-of-the-month manager, performances will improve for a few months, and then they’ll down tools, turn to shit again and back to step one.
