Guardiola and his ridiculous formations. Bernardo Silva basically playing as an auxilliary left back. You feel as though he feels forced into this because City usually beat teams by passing them to death, but the arrival of Haaland means they are essentially attempting that with a man less - as he contributes so little to the build up or keeping possession. So he sacrifices a defender to playing an extra midfielder and try to recreate the carousel. Just makes them look lopsided and unbalanced to me. As well as defensively vulnerable.
