Premier League Gameweek 21

considering the time between the penalty awarded and then scored, i'm surprised the ref didn't add on more injury time
The pen was given in the 8th minute of 6 added on, he was all over the place with the time keeping

7) BRUNO FERNANDES - 99:45 (BRIGHTON 2-3 MAN UTD, 2020)

I really can’t work out why the Bowen incident at the end wasn’t at least reviewed? I’m all for VAR but there’s still so much inconsistency and weird decision making even with it there to aid the officials.

Thought the Sheffield utd decision was soft but probably fair enough.

The Bowen incident was a disgrace of a decision though, I'm fuming over that, rugby tackled but not even to var. Useless reffing

The referees will balance it out by giving Liverpool a couple of soft penalties in this game.

It's entertainment and the refs play into that. If the score was 2-2 they wouldn't have given that pen.

This the game when the ref ended the game and then brought everyone back out for the penalty after a post match VAR check?

I have proper fond memories of this one! I used to make stupid gambling decisions and I had 50 pound on a draw at 3/1. Full time whistle went and 200 pound in my betting account. Very quickly cashed it out and then they gave the freaking penalty and United won the game! Couldn’t believe it! best of all worlds.

Is the time supposed to be 100:30 on the Mata one? Or 101:03

Half time interviews with the manager before the second half from sky can get in the bin. I’m sure they tried it very early in the season.

I didn’t think I’d ever see Nunez score. Maybe he is better than Werner! Two real duds.

It's when you think we've spent similar on Antony and Hojlund and he's out scored & assisted both comfortably that gets you thinking.

"Brought everyone back out" they were hardly sat in the dressing room having a post match team talk. All the players were still on the pitch as it was obvious to everyone who had eyes that Maupay had handballed it a few seconds before the FT whistle went.

That’s the one when the ref didn’t stop to do his job before blowing his whistle.

Can’t wait til these cnuts go crap again. Reckon we’re not far off it, they’re done once Klopp leaves and I don’t think he’s going to be there another 5 years even.

Still expect Citeh will reel them in. Liverpool need a hefty lead before Europa resumes.

Did common sense prevail here? Cause wouldn´t the rules suggest that the goal should be disallowed, since it touched Nunez hand while he was falling down from being fouled by the Bournemouth player.

Considering that Liverpool is missing half of their first team that's a great result.
I thought they might struggle tonight.

We're relying on City to edge them out again. As Arsenal won't do it.
But Liverpool don't look to be dropping many points even with a few key players out. Not great.

Then if City were punished in the summer, we might well have to suck up another title or 2 for Liverpool until Klopp finally bores off.

That was the whole point of hiring an up and coming manager with excellent potential. Eras come to an end and all that. Hopefully we're there or thereabouts when Klopp and Pep feck off. The big problem is that Chelsea will sort out their issues by then and will be hungry for trophies too.
