Agree he is looking great under him.
Think he is very good, could see him take the step to a top 4 club without much fuzz. Has good strength, stamina and his hold up and link up play is really good. He is also really strong in the air.

While he may not necessarily be 'top 5 in the world' level anymore, Carlo is still better than 99% of managers in the game. He's the best signing Everton have made IMO.
