Premier League - Gameweek 15

The Fernandes red and the De Ligt penalty get more laughable with every game you watch

Can see Chelsea still winning this if they score early enough in the second half. Spurs are just so so open when out of possession. Palmer is in about ten yards of space infront of that back 4.

Surprised Chelsea aren't playing Madueke in this, Neto not at it so far.

Most entertaining match of the season so far.

Spurs Chelsea games seem to be reffed to a different set of rules in recent history. You can get away with all sorts of shit in this fixture.

Cucurella’s arrogance is how you succeed in life. Two goals conceded from your mistakes, just blame someone else and don’t even doubt yourself. Just having that hair (especially when it was red)

Confidence and the ability to shut out the noise takes you so far.

That's more of a red for me. He had a similar one against Lavia earlier in the half.

Also missed the start, what exactly are the Spurs fans throwing when Chelsea are taking corners? Cards they held up at the start?

Love him or hate him, when Jadon Sancho is at his best, he’s genuinely a joy to watch. His intelligence and creativity on the pitch are undeniable. It’s a real shame things didn’t work out for him at United, but let’s be honest—that’s more a reflection of the way the club has been run in recent years than the player himself. He’s far from the first, and unfortunately, he won’t be the last talent to struggle under the weight of huge expectations at Old Trafford.

Its definitely more of one than the other.

The difference players like Lavia and Caicedo make to a midfield can't be overstated, we need players like that.

Cucurella has been brilliant all season. What a game to make two mistakes.

Caicedo a lucky boy.

Kulusevski even luckier. Very dangerous elbow to the temple. VAR fine with it.

I think the biggest tell from a game like this, in light of United’s situation, is just how much more athletic other top 4 teams are. The energy in midfield is a million miles away from what we have and the attackers never stop working.

We have brain dead attackers and slow midfielders. Ten Hag has set this club back a few decades. Worst appointment bar Moyes post Sir Alex. We are miles off spurs now which is a new low for the club

Why does ‘excessive force’ even come into play with a blatant elbow to the head?

Lavia was running the show in the midfield for the later part of the first half, that's a blow for Chelsea he can't continue.

I remember when Lavia was at Southampton, and I was adamant that United should sign him. Watching his performances since then has only confirmed why I was so eager for the club to bring him in. He’s an absolute superstar—immense talent. Not sure why he was taken off.

Unless it is precautionary after being elbowed.

Lavia is a monster, great signing from Chelsea and can see why they made sure they got him ahead of Liverpool.

He's a good player but today is only his 11th appearance in two seasons and he's gone off injured again!

Any chance the deal with Chelsea can collapse and we can get Sanch back for Amorim?
