Why didn't arsenal players make a bigger deal of that, studs to the face and no one cares!
 
Looked avoidable from Godfrey, surprised the ref doesn't get asked to at least look at it.

It’s incredible that Pogba got sent off against Bellerin afew years ago when he literally put his leg under his foot which was never a red and yet somehow Godfrey has got away with stamping on his face. Unbelievable how shit the officials are in this league. At this point the league would come out with better credibility if all the refs were match fixing because at least then we don’t have to pretend they are competent.
 
Keepers are proper weirdos, grab the ball and sprint around their box with it in their hands shouting and pointing, then take their time in the end anyway. Like kids hyped up off redbull.

If he stumbled, though, the whole of his body weight could have come down on it. Very dangerous. Seems bizarre that a challenge with the potential for far greater consequences is treated as lesser than a slide challenge to the ankle.
 
People will contest anything. That’s possible the biggest red I’ve seen in years.
 
You have to be a special kind of cnut to step on someones face wearing studs. That could have done some serious damage. Even worse that he was looking away while doing it.

have you guys actually played the game? That was completely avoidable if he wanted to. He's had 2 reckless challenges that that excuse of a ref didn't deal with. He may seriously injure someone before the game is over. He's a completely dirty player

It should have been a red even so he had enough time to move his foot.
 
The problem is football has set the precedent and yet again the refs contradict themselves. Pogba has been sent off multiple times for far far less.
 
Definite red. Not sure how they've picked that up, had a second look and not sent Godfrey off.
 
Finally stamping on peoples heads is allowed again in football. Not before time, contact sport lads.
