Premier League Gameweek 13

Kamara, McGinn, and Douglas Luiz is a really nicely balanced midfield for Villa.

Dodgy from Vicario. Was an inch away from chucking one in his own net a few mins ago and that one was a pea roller close to him

Superb finish that. Really, really good finish.

He lives in his own world where we're brilliant because we're 'only' 9 points off the top.
No, he has a point. Ange ball with a couple of injuries is as it stands, on course for 0 points out of 9. Our fans would he having a meltdown for it.

You can dick around with sexy buzz words and no win in 3 games with no scrutiny at Spurs, but not United.

Win lose or draw they have a style of play. There fans will be happy with watching good football even if they lose. We can’t say the same.
True but as we saw with Bielsa, if the results don't come then the media will up the scrutiny. You can only wine and dine on 'great football but no honours' for so long.

That doesn't mean to say Ange isn't doing great, but the adoration over their style is quite OTT.

Is it just me or has the standard of goalkeepers just got a lot worse? Every game there's at least one howler from the keeper.

That would be a penalty to Spurs and red card if it was a United player.

No, he has a point. Ange ball with a couple of injuries
A couple of injuries is harsh, they’ve got pretty much all their best players out plus Bisoumma and Romero suspended.

And when we had our whole back four plus back up left back out with other unabailabilitirs across midfield and attack, it stopped no one from twisting the knife. Especially deluded "fans" of the club.

Alas we still stabilised results and adapted while Ange wants to talk sexy football and not pick up points.

What doesbeing a united player have anything to do with that
Have you not been watching United this season? We've been absolutely shafted by refereeing/VAR decisions in at least 50% of our games.

Hopefully Spurs can get an equaliser. A draw would be ideal for our top 5 chances.

Villa play some nice football fairplay

Since we won the League Cup, Villa have got 18 wins, 4 draws and 5 losses. The 3rd highest points per game ratio in the league, only Liverpool and City have higher stats. They're a very good club right now and a very tough fixture.

anyone still want to ask me why I wanted Martinez not Onana?

Yeah, he's made a couple of decent saves. I've literally never seen Onana do that. You're wise to declare your internet victory. :(

A couple? No need to lie to make your point.

They're still creating chances at will. We'd be out of this game with a full half to play.

Oh ok. How long has that been going on. Just this season? Must be rough watching matches always believing VAR has an agenda against your team

he's dominated his box, filled his defenders with confidence and made saves. sorry you can't see that

They are letting Tottenham get way to much spaces through the midfield.

I wonder why don’t Emery close down that space by getting in one more central midfielder. They don’t need to score. Just sit back and counterattack.
