Premier League - Gameweek 12

Arsenal should get 1 more here, seems like Forest is growing into the game more.

Surprised the ref didn't red card Jorginho too for that proper tackle.

The commentator is crying over every Arse yellow.

Its clearly and accidental contact though while looking at the ball rather than where he was stepping and he only catches the heal of his boot so it isnt really dangerous
Are we talking about the same incident? It doesn't seem so judging from your description which couldn't be more false..
Please explain to me like I am stupid (I know, hard to imagine) how this is only a yellow card?

He didn't slip, he was nowhere near the ball and just studs him on the achilles.

It’s crazy how utterly dependent Arsenal are on Odegaard for creativity. They look a completely different team today than the last few weeks.

Arsenal playing much better with Odergaard back.

Playing Jorginho makes them better. To have Odegaard and Jorginho playing instead of those benched is difference between good team and midtable team looking at midfield.

Think we need a Jesus with a much better end product, especially with a goalscorer touch.

Odegaard makes a big difference. Cannot just simply double up on Saka non stop. The press is 10x more effective. I actually like what I am seeing from Jesus in terms of how we have adjusted with him, but yea...not sure we will ever get him scoring regularly.

Looking forward to Forest coming out a bit more in the second half. Too much on the back foot in the first half for my liking. If they have a go at the Arsenal team, there could be something for them. It’s too easy at the moment.

I want Arteta, Stammer and Gunnersaurus on a plane to Madrid to get Guler on loan in January.

Brighton have played some brilliant football today. They're not holding on to Hurzeler for too long

People said this about Potter and De Zerbi who are both having underwhelming careers outside of Brighton. It's almost as if they're just a brilliantly run club with a clear system and keep finding head coaches and players who compliment that system.

Nwaneri!

He really should have played a lot more during Odegaard's absence. Only player who could really fill in.

Think Forest could complain that the drop ball was taken a bit quick.

Nice assist by the referee. Knew it immediately too, turned away and ran. Being a weirdo really must be a requirement for being a referee.

So many of us were calling for his inclusion. I love Arteta, but one of his weaknesses is reliance on experience above all else. Trossard has been in horrible form and necessitated a change of formation to shoehorn in.

Not sure I give Spurs much chance here looking at the lineups.

Urgh that Spurs defence looks rank. City to score 4 or more looking at that. They’ll be in an upbeat mood after Pep’s news too.
