Premier League Gameweek 11

Drab game until the last half hour. Got fortunate at the back once or twice but on the other hand felt we could've gotten a pen for at least one of the two hugs when we were about to knock it in. Probably a fair result.

Whisper it but great result for City.

Don't need to look over their shoulder and know what they need to do to chase Liverpool.

Think they are normal on here, most of them anyway.
Ok, time to switch to one Portugese game..
I think the Gooners on here are sane ones. We’re generally not here on the wind-up and I think quite a few - like myself - kinda like to get away from what is a terminally online fanbase.

Maybe Arsenal's squad building tactic of "buy more fullbacks and DMs, hope that the forwards never get injured or lose form" isn't as wise as they thought.

It goes to show where the Premier League is if we are only 4 points off 3rd place.

It’s fiercely competitive, but the quality across the league is dropping year on year out. I think that goes for football as a collective. Can only hope the cycle of snoozefest robotic football is coming to an end at the same time.

I impulse bought João Pedro like a fool. Setting aside the matter of him needing a while to return to full fitness, is he even first choice at Brighton any more?

I'm going to need him to play if Saka is crocked again.

It's funny how last week's 1-1 draw at Old Trafford was termed a 'Well-deserved point for Chelsea' and a game 'devoid of quality'. Arsenal and Chelsea follow up with a similar game and it's a 'delight for neutrals' and a 'highly tactical game'.
