Premier League Gameweek 10

Lucky. Still utter shit defending set pieces after so long.

United there for the taking if Chelsea show a bit more composure on the ball.

Quite a bit different from "booted" as you initially claimed.

Klopp and the Dortmund management made it clear that the time had come to refresh the team or the coaching staff and they went with the cheaper option. A bit later, their CEO publicly said he regretted that and they should've changed the whole team and kept Klopp.

It's fine to not rate Klopp as highly as others do. But if you're going with "oh, you must be younger than 25 my dear ignoramus, so let me educate you", you should probably check the rest of your post for accuracy.

The age comment was regarding being called "retarded" for a difference of opinion. It felt juvenile.

Anyway the comment has since been deleted so whatever, water under the bridge.

Colwill and Fofana foul more than they defend. Don't think either is going to make it at Chelsea, along with Sanchez.

Lavia looks legit.

MU are hoofing it like there's no tomorrow and instantly lose the ball. Chelsea have been pretty poor in the final third.

Nothing will convince me that Holjund is a 70M striker. Age got nothing to do with it. He's so poor in the duels despite his size and his technical ability as well as positioning are so limited. I don't think that he'll make it in the PL.

At least he made money for Ten Hag's agent.

Yeah big fan of Lavia. Think he’s the one I’m more disappointed we screwed up in terms of transfers.

Poor quality half. Chelsea have played some neat stuff in midfield but been really poor in the final third. United have.. kind of been United.

If we could end this game now it’s the end of a perfect weekend of football.

Thank god there's the F1 race at the same time, this game is dreadful

He’s probably the best they have. Zirkzee isn’t up to anything and Rashford can’t play there. You can see why they struggle for goals.

I think that Zirkzee is actually much better at leading the line than Holjund even if that's not saying much.

Zirkzee is first and foremost a link man, an enabler whose team mates on the forefront should theoritically feed off. The problem is that Rashford and Garnacho are braindead. We'll see what Amorim can do with him.

Holjund is just... crap. There's zero intelligence in his game, he's made of marzipan, can't hold the ball, got no link-up play and is technically indigent. He's a dud and no amount of coaching will change that.

I'd be astounded if MU doesn't move him on in one or two seasons.

Sanchez is so dumb... No need to touch him, he already made him go wide and defenders are there

Hojlund throwing himself to the ground all game. No surprise another full body launch results in a penalty.

Chelsea's GK has been a liability this season.

Holjund's made a meal of it but the GK didn't have to go in that way.

I was just thinking a 0-0 would reflect the quality of this game, then Chelsea screw up like that.

United need a lot of work.

I'm gonna put this into perspective for you: you tried to sign 10/11 fabregas and wilshire. You are saying you are more disappointed about missing out on wilshire

I mean i don't like Martinez but that's not a red, come on.

I can't remember the last time I watched a United match and came away from it feeling lifted

Two teams in top 6 won this weekend.

Next weekend is a good set of games. City go to Brighton who were excellent yesterday for big chunks of the game. Arsenal play Chelsea and Liverpool host Villa. All these in Top 7.

Feels significant

I actually fancy us against Villa. They’re looking poor defensively this season and can be got at.

Arsenal travelling to Chelsea will be interesting.

Big weekend indeed.

OT is a huge bogey ground for us. No wins there in 11 years. Even our title winning and CL winning teams have struggled to get results there.
Now you know how we felt in the 00s. I hated how badly we struggled at the Bridge under Fergie. Right up until his final game there (FA Cup replay).
