Genuinely, when he plays under managers who want to implement a press (Poch, Hassenhuttle), he looks a very capable midfielder. He lost his way in between the two managerial appointments but I actually think Rangnick would do well to get him over McT or Fred. He's always getting in midfielders faces and technically able to play quick passes. This is before we start talking about set pieces or shots.
 
I have no reason to hate spurs but they are the softest “hard men” in football. Full of nasty challenges only to roll around the ground at every touch.
